I'd like to move more quickly to digital medical records and unified standards, but I have to say, I don't think I want them in MS's hands. I just don't trust them to do it right.

I use heart360 which is a part of healthvault to keep track of all my records. The nice part is that my doctor has joined and can download all my information so she always has my latest information at hand when I see her. For me it works great. It took me a long time before I did join because of my worries about the security of my information but I felt the new advances in keeping information secure made it a reasonably safe option for me. It is also easy to use and to keep up to date.
